Abstract

My goal in this essay is to draw attention to an aspect of the ethics of publishing – conflicts of interest – towards an end of improving the quality, credibility and utility of published materials in the literature in Curriculum and Pedagogy and Education more generally. I suggest that ethical concerns with respect to academic publishing become a greater part of the graduate curriculum in Curriculum and Pedagogy.
